It only takes a few teaspoons to protect and care for your plants.

When it comes to  caring for our plants, whether in the garden or on the terrace, we are always looking for the best product.

However, you don’t always have to rely on the products on the market. In fact, some  natural  ingredients are real allies of plants.

In particular, we see here how a single ingredient,  baking soda , can be useful for a variety of purposes.

  1. Flowering –  Make a solution of 1 liter of water and a teaspoon of baking soda and then spray it on the plants to facilitate flowering.
  2. Insects and diseases:  Baking soda is also useful when it comes to protecting plants. In fact, you can make a natural pesticide with just 2 teaspoons of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of neem oil and a liter of water.
  3. Cleaning:  It is common for a layer of dust to accumulate on the leaves of plants. You can easily clean them with a mixture of 1 liter of water and half a teaspoon of baking soda. Spray on the affected area and then dry with kitchen paper.
  4. Cabbage (cabbage caterpillars):  This particular pest can be removed with a natural remedy. Simply mix flour and baking powder (equal parts) and sprinkle the leaves of the cabbage with this powder.
