If you love the Peace Lily, here is a natural way to ensure the plant continues to bloom even after many years.

Lily of Peace

It takes little to personalize our home and make it  welcoming  , just as we have always dreamed. Just furnish it with the style that best represents us and add details here and there that not only speak of us, but make it our heart’s place. Returning home after a day’s work, in fact, gives a feeling of peace and serenity  , and  if when we look around we love what we see, then our mood will benefit even more.

Paintings, photographs and design furnishings undoubtedly contribute to creating a special place. But if there is one thing that has the power to make everything more beautiful, it is nature.  Flowers and plants for indoor use  fill the spaces without ever being too much or out of place. They also decorate the environment with  sophistication and elegance  , making the living space around them complete, harmonious and extremely relaxing.

Among the plants ideal for enclosed spaces, we can mention the  lily of peace  , which is characterized by its dark green leaves and its beautiful white flowers. It is said to bring good luck and, as its name suggests, is a symbol of peace. Taking care of it and making it flourish as it deserves is easier than we can imagine. The secret lies in the use of a specific ingredient.

How to Grow and Bloom the Lily of Peace

The lily of peace is perfect as a piece of furniture, but we know that unfortunately the flowering period of plants has a limited period.

However, this does not mean that the flowers   cannot last longer  with sufficient nutrition and that the plant can continue to grow in a healthy and natural way  , so that the bloom remains beautiful and lush over the years.

How to Care for the Lily of Peace

All you have to do to achieve this is to make a mixture of  tapioca flour and water  in a DIY way. This ingredient is in fact considered a natural fertilizer and comes directly from the tuber of a tropical plant called cassava. Among the substances it contains are  minerals  such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron and many others.

Therefore, to nourish our lily, we only have to dilute a  tablespoon of  tapioca flour in  400 ml of water and stir until we obtain a liquid mixture.

Next, add more water, keep stirring and pour everything into another container with a step: This  step  is used to remove lumps.

The use of tapioca flour fertilizer

After preparing our fertilizer based on water and tapioca flour in a few minutes, we can proceed to its use.

To do this, we just have to put it in a  watering can  and spray it on the soil of the lily so that the roots of the plant absorb all the necessary nutrients and thus grow healthy, beautiful and strong.

It is also good to remember that the Peace Lily needs water about two to three times a week and that the perfect place in the house to place it is somewhere that is possibly cool and  not exposed to direct sunlight  .
