DIY is fascinating and allows you to do many things at home. Experts spread their ideas on the web and thanks to them you can create many beautiful new things, to repeat and personalize. In this case, the two main ingredients are water with cement to mix. A perfect marriage because once you learn how to do it you won’t want to go back. Shall we clarify?
Water and cement: what do you get?
If we talk about DIY , many people today are increasingly approaching this world to create something ingenious and personalized. Putting your creativity and skill into practice is important, in fact, this new trick with concrete is loved by everyone. The main ingredients for this operation are cement and water. Then you will have to consider a template, such as a wicker basket, for example.

Once you have obtained everything you need, it is now time to prepare the substance made of cement and water. Obviously, it becomes important to identify the container to choose for the mixture, which must be soft or in any case flexible to obtain a good final result. By choosing a basket, you can have a similar but completely hard container. How to proceed?
DIY objects with concrete
Take a silicone or plastic container and pour in the cement and then a little water. Mix the two ingredients together to obtain a homogeneous paste. Immediately after, take the basket or mold to be used and cover it with plastic wrap (especially if it has holes or gaps).

Pour the cement with the water into the chosen mold and wait for it to harden. Immediately after it can be removed and it will look like the template (so a container, a vase or any other desired object). Take the remaining cement from the silicone container and add water. Using a brush, slowly pick up the mixture and apply it to the concrete mold made to cover any holes or imperfections. Now you can act in two different ways, leaving it completely white or coloring it with your favorite shade. Water with concrete is therefore a perfect marriage , not only for walls, but also for making DIY objects to use every day. Remember to always let the mold harden and not to pry it when you have to remove it from it. Although hard, concrete is also very delicate and it is better not to ruin your work. Thanks to these two ingredients you will be able to make something unique , to try and try again whenever you want. Obviously, keep the dough out of reach of children.
