For many gardeners, a garden with bright pink rose bushes is a dream. But it is possible – I will tell you an effective and simple method of propagating roses. Thanks to this method, you can get many new rose bushes in a short period of time. After a month, the rooted cuttings can be transplanted into the ground, and then they will quickly develop into healthy and strong bushes.
In order to prepare the rose for propagation, it is necessary to carefully remove the thorns on a shoot approximately 10 cm high. Then the shoot must be cut with a sharp stationery knife into two parts, one of which should be thinner than the other.
For effective propagation of roses, a special design is needed. To create it, you need to make a small cutout in the top of the bottle – ours is 0.5 l.
You should place some aloe vera pulp inside the bottle; it will help us stimulate the active development of the root system.
Then fill the bottle with settled clean water to 1/2 of its volume and place the thin part of the shoot in the bottle so that it is completely immersed in water. After this, secure the bottle to the shoot using cable ties and cover it with a thick cloth.
The part of the shoot at the top of the bottle should be cut off by 10 cm.
The rooting process takes about a month. Then you can cut the shoot, and its root system will be developed enough to be transplanted into the ground.
The plant needs to be cared for in the usual way, and soon it will be ready for transplanting into open ground.
