  • cooking pot
  • Water
  • Essential oil of your choice
  • sage leaves
  • bay leaves
  • rosemary sprigs
  • 1 lemon

Proceedings

  1. First cut the lemon into thin slices.
  2. Place them in the pot with the other ingredients.
  3. Fill the pot with water.
  4. Bring to a boil and add a few drops of essential oil of the scent of your choice.
  5. As the mixture cooks, the scent is released throughout the house.
